4.1 Sharing information with Shopify:
The Site and Services are hosted on Shopify Inc. They provide us with the online e-commerce platform that allows us to sell our products and services to you. Your data is stored on Shopify’s secure servers.
TOKA LAB does not store your credit card data. Shopify and Stripe through Shopify Payments provide the software to process transactions on the Site. Shopify and their partners encrypt your credit card information through the Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (PCI-DSS).
Transaction data is stored as long as is necessary to complete your transaction. After that is complete, the data is deleted. All direct payment gateways adhere to the standards set by PCI-DSS as managed by the PCI Security Standards Council, which is a joint effort of brands like Visa, MasterCard and American Express.

5. Disclosure of personal information outside Australia
We may disclose personal information outside of Australia to third party service suppliers (e.g. Shopify Inc) located in the United States.
When you provide your personal information to us, you consent to the disclosure of your information outside of Australia and acknowledge that we are not required to ensure that overseas recipients handle that personal information in compliance with Australian Privacy Law.
