Delivery and returns
Update (23 April 2020):
We're currently experiencing a high volume of orders and have run out of boxes. Any orders placed between the 23 April - 30 April may not be fulfilled until the 31 April, this means that product may arrive 1.5 weeks later than expected. We apologise for any inconvenience caused and we assure you that you will get your order!
Orders within Australia (domestic) qualify for complimentary shipping. Orders to destinations outside of Australia (international) incur a flat rate shipping fee of A$15.00. International orders over A$100.00 automatically qualify for complimentary shipping.
Our current international shipping locations include New Zealand, Singapore, and the United States. We do not currently ship to any other countries, however we are currently working on adding more shipping destinations. If you'd like to try our product and your country isn't on the above list, please contact us at email@example.com.
How long will my delivery take?
We aim to dispatch orders within 24 business hours via our range of trusted couriers. All parcels come with a tracking number and will be sent to the email address attached to your order.
4-5 working days for delivery from date of dispatch. Orders to WA, NT, and Cairns may take up to 10 working days.
4-6 working days for delivery from date of dispatch. Orders to rural areas may take slightly longer.
10-15 working days for delivery from date of dispatch.

TOKA lab will only issue refunds for faulty products received within 30 days of delivery date. All returned products are destroyed to comply with strict health and safety regulations, and so we are unable to provide refunds for any packages due to change of mind.
The status of your return is at the discretion of TOKA lab. To lodge a return please email email@example.com. We will cover all shipping costs involved in replacing faulty or incorrect orders.
